My favorite parts of the design process is the ideation and prototyping phases. I love taking a brand new project, creating a wireframe, getting feedback, and creating a prototype that addresses specific needs. As a front-end web developer, I have started integrating this process any chance I can. If there is a new feature or page that is needed, I will create wireframes and start getting feedback early.

Here are a few projects I have worked on as part of coursework or personal projects.

Google UX Coursework

In each of these, I drew wireframes, performed market research, created user personas, made empathy maps, created low and high fidelity prototypes and mockups, conducted useability studies, and created a report on my project.

RecRec: Recreation Reconnaissance

An app designed to help arcade owners and customers find good games, reserve a time, and track machine usage.

HomeGrown

HomeGrown is an all-in-one gardening companion app and website that empowers users to cultivate sustainable gardens, connect with a supportive community, and access a wealth of resources for successful and fulfilling gardening experiences.

This is a collection of app ideas that I created mock ups for. I followed a similar process on these but likely truncated some of the research in an effort to create something to show friends and potential investors. If these are ever created, I would follow the entire UX design process.

Find the cheapest prices for groceries, even if you have to visit more than one store.
